TradeKing is an online trade and investment platform. Clients who are registered with the TradeKing investment company are now redirected to the Ally Invest website, which acquired TradeKing in 2016. Although the company name has changed, clients will still experience the same level and quality of service once they transfer their accounts. This guide will explain how and where you can complete the TradeKing login procedure to access your account.
TradeKing Login Step-by-step Instructions
To begin the process of transferring your account to Ally.com, you must first login to TradeKing using your current login information.
- Open TradeKing from your start menu or desktop shortcut.
- Input your username and password to the secure login interface.
- Confirm your login information when prompted.
- Wait for confirmation that your account has been transferred to Ally Invest.
- Login to Ally.com when prompted and complete user agreements to access your account.
After completing these steps, you will no longer have access to your old TradeKing account. You will login to Ally Invest at invest.ally.com/forex/login.php instead. You’ll still be able to keep your current user name and password, and all of your account information is safe and secure at the new website.
If you currently access TradeKing through Mint.com, you’ll have to transfer your account to Ally.com before you can find it at Mint. The procedure is as follows:
- Sign in to TradeKing and move your account to Ally.
- Login to Mint.com.
- Update your TradeKing username and password when directed.
- Click “Link Account” to complete the process.
TradeKing Mobile Login Step-by-step Instructions
TradeKing has mobile apps for Android and iPhone users that enable members to trade or access their accounts on the go. You can download these apps to your smartphone, iPhone, or tablet at the Google Play Store or Apple’s App StoreSM. You will need to transfer your TradeKing account through their website as described below before you can access your account via Ally Mobile.
Those with the TradeKing mobile app will receive a message in the app to move their account to Ally.com. If you access your account via m.tradeking.com, it will no longer be accessible from your mobile device. You’ll go to m.ally.com instead. In order to change the account on your mobile device, follow these steps:

- Go to m.ally.com. You can use the same address as above, www.allyinvest.com. The mobile version of the Ally website will load automatically.
- Open the Ally login menu.

- Tap the button to complete the process and access your account.

- Go to the app store and dowload the Ally mobile app.
- Wait for the installation process to be complete and install any necessary updates.
- Tap the Ally icon to launch the app.
- Enter your TradeKing login credentials in the login menu.
- You have the option of enabling Fingerprint ID. This will allow you to skip the TradeKing login process once enabled.
- Tap the button to access your account.
